you need Adobe Reader in order to open the PDF form. Sometimes it helps if you launch Reader
prior to clicking on the link to the form. If you don't have Adobe Reader, you can
download it from Adobe's web site.
Be sure to register early! Registration closes ten business
days prior to the date of the class.
